Need a plumber to make first floor repairs to turn partial service on so we can start rehab work. Replace leaking supply valves for first floor kitchen and bath sinks, swap out a toilet, check for leaks from shutoff to each room. No wall work, the pipes are all exposed. We need a signed estimate by March 1 at latest - we are on a timeline with the city to renew a rental CO, we will need a permit pulled, want work as soon as you can schedule. Evening/weekend work is OK as well as day hours. We appreciate this is a smaller job on short notice. We will need the rest of the plumbing work over the next two months but we really need to get this one done to get started.
