This is a complete start up, fun/artsy band. I have absolutely no concept in mind, as to the genera we're looking for. Rather, I'm more interested with whom we'll be working with. But if you're interested in our influences; think punk, proto- punk, garage rock, rockabilly, acid, stoner rock and delta blues. Yes, all over the place; as long as it's raw, muddy, and real. If you need videos of my current and past projects, I can send them to you. Are first couple of meet ups will be at circle studios. You will not be required to pitch in on these; as we are auditioning you. After words; we have access to a practice space, and I have a cheap drum set in our living room. Ideally practice would be best on a Saturday night, but I do have another band that is gigging; so we might have to be flexible; until things settle in. I will not be sending you a set list, because of reasons already outlined, and I want to see how fluent you are. Musicians with previous stage experience preferred; but do not be discouraged. I simply say this, because I don't want to have to deal with someone playing their first gig, and thinking they're God. It happens... We are older, late 40s, and feel more comfortable with our generation. If you are younger, please be an old soul; but no one under the drinking age. You must own your own instruments. If you're gear is not quite ada quit; we can work on that. No politics. No classic rock. And keep your bad habits under the radar. Male/ female/straight/gay, or anywhere in between; just don't be boring... We will be booking gigs once we have some material astabished. Any recordings will be done live, I don't ever want to be in a studio again...
