Cats on S Decatur

I am a cat an animal lover so when There are animals outside in the cold it makes me sad! There are currently 2 or more cats outside by the Vegas treehouse dispo and near HCS electrical supply on S decatour it looks like there being fed but it’s so cold out here I just want them to go to a good home! I’m not near there and have too many cats but if u go there at night the cats are always there. Please message if you pick them up so in my heart I know there ok! Thanks Alexa
