Looking for a hard working employee, You will be doing daily repairs, Mostly Maintenance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience with hauling a trailer, Painting, patching drywall, tape measuring, power tools, cement, vinyl flooring, ceiling tiles, clean work habits, needs to have cabinetry experience, Just a general experience on all fields of Maintenance work.
Needs to be punctual at all times
5yrs of worked Experience Required
Must be Bilingual English/Spanish
Ability to communicate effectively and respond to questions and requests from supervisors and coworkers
Monday-Friday from 7am-4pm
40 hours a week
