Press release from the City of Dayton: August 21, 2020 Rediscover Carillon: An access point to Welcome Park (Cincinnati and Harriett Streets) will get a spruce-up as part of ongoing work to revitalize Dayton's Carillon neighborhood. City Wide Development Corporation and the Carillon Civic Council partnered to earn the $28,000 grant from the AARP. Improvements include benches and welcome signage.
