From the Inver Grove Heights Schools: November 19, 2019 Inver Groove's 3M Visiting Wizard Brings Hands-On Stem Learning To Hilltop This November through February, Hilltop Elementary School will have its own wizard! 3M Visiting Wizards are 3M employees who volunteer to visit schools with fun, hands-on science presentations. Students take part in experiments that encourage them to gain an interest in science and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). This month, Visiting Wizard Brian Amberg spent an hour with kindergarteners to teach them about various simple experiments that demonstrated the Magic of Science. Mr. Amberg will return to Hilltop with age-appropriate presentations for each grade, kindergarten through 5th. This press release was produced by the Inver Grove Heights Schools.
