Ez Water Damage Restoration Services is a family-owned and operated company dedicated to fire/water damage mitigation, mold remediation and restoration based out of Chula Vista but serving all of San Diego County. We are looking for a motivated, reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a restoration technician. Restoration Technician Requirements: 3+ yrs experience preferred. Excellent working knowledge of hand and power tools. Must be experienced with drywall, textures, baseboards and paint. Must have proper tools to perform job duties. Must have basic English reading and writing skills. (Spanish speaking is a plus.) Willingness to participate in all training as needed or required. Required to use own vehicle (truck) when needed. Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Having a cell phone that can be reached at all times. Must have open availability: May work overtime and work on the weekends. Must be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs. Ability to exhibit a high attention to detail ensuring the highest quality of workmanship throughout restoration projects. Understand and execute work orders in a timely and professional manner. Follow established safety rules and regulations. Ability to provide crew leaders and company management with timely and accurate information related to the progress and status of projects. Ability to operate efficiently with minimum supervision. Restoration Technician Responsibilities: Knowledge in the Restoration Industry, including but not limited to water mitigation, mold remediation and fire damage restoration Repairing or replacing materials and frames as necessary. Adhering to personal safety standards by wearing the appropriate protective gear and using the right equipment.
