We have a large separate room in our home in the hills that we hardly ever use, and as artists ourselves, we thought it would be lovely to rent it's use to another artist who could use a workspace away from home! The property we are on is idyllic and beautiful, tucked away in the hills of Studio City. It's beautiful up here, quiet, and inspiring. The room is private with a separate entrance, with ensuite bathroom and a mini fridge. You wouldn't have access to the main house but the grounds are free for you to explore and create within. Previously it's been used as the occasional bedroom for guests, but the bed in the space can be moved to give you more work space. Even with the bed, it's quite spacious.
