We specialize in water, mold, and fire damage restoration, in residential and commercial properties. As a local business, we're proud to provide honest service that our customers can depend on. Due to the high demand of our services, we are looking to expand our team. As a Water Technician you would assess water, mold and/or fire damage in residential and commercial properties. Our ideal prospect is a self-driven individual, with excellent time and project management skills, that can understand and execute work orders in a timely and professional manner. Requirements: -Knowledge in the Restoration Industry, including but not limited to water mitigation, mold remediation and fire damage restoration. -Prior experience in mitigation work including structural drying, maintaining drying logs, setting up equipment, water extraction, etc. -Open availability (including weekends). -Ability to demo and tear down damaged materials. -Valid driver's license. -IICRC Certification (Cleaning and Restoration Certification) is strongly preferred. -Must have good English communication skills, both written and verbal. -High attention to detail. -Ability to operate efficiently with minimum supervision. -Willingness to participate in all training as needed or required.
