TRIMMING STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE and PROTOCOLS: Trimming marijuana is a very detail-oriented and repetitive job. It requires passion for the industry, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow direction very closely. You must be able to handle critique, have strong hand-eye coordination, and be able to improve your quality and speed as you learn. Attendance and flexibility are also extremely important within this role. RESPONSIBILITIES: Trimming different strains of cannabis efficiently and in a timely manor with repetitive hand motions. You must be able to lift up to fifty pounds, and you must be willing to sit or stand for long periods of time. Aside from trimming the plant, you will also be in charge of separation of stems, water leaf, and sweet leaf, as well as the clean up before and after processing.
