Express Employment is currently recruiting for two Housekeepers at a well-established healthcare facility in the Island County area. We are looking for an experienced Environmental Services Attendant, who is able to perform the assigned job duties while prioritizing and remaining organized. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as you will be collaborating and interacting with doctors, administrators, co-workers, patients, and guests. Job Duties: Cleans patient or exam rooms, including but not limited to washing down furniture, counters, sinks, toilets, exam tables and other fixtures. Replaces cubicle curtains and drapes in patient care areas. Assists in setting up and cleaning conference rooms as needed, to include re-arranging tables, chairs, etc. Cleans resilient and carpeted floors using a variety of equipment including dust mop, wet mop, buckets and wringers, vacuum cleaner, buffer, auto scrubber, burnisher, carpet extractor, etc. Cleans walls, windows, furniture, equipment and fixtures throughout the facility. Picks up trash, soiled linen, and recyclable material from all areas and disposes appropriately. Unloads, sorts, inspects, marks and stocks laundered items. Distributes laundered items to patient care areas. Keeps equipment and storage rooms in a neat, orderly, and sanitary condition. Read labels, determine appropriate chemical and dilution rate and apply various chemical and cleaning agents. Schedule: 12:00PM-8:00PM OR 2:30PM-11:30PM (two shifts available) Pay: $16.10/$16.60 What we look for: High school diploma or equivalent. The ability to stand or walk an entire shift.
