Utility Position Full Time Saturday-Wednesday Days off, Thursday & Friday $12 per hour benefits after 90 days *MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE* As a part of our professional cleaning team you would be servicing clients in the following ways: Scrub, buff, polish, strip & wax floors Clean floors using the Ride-on and walk behind floor cleaning machines Mop floors and stairwells with a mop and bucket Collect trash from various buildings Clean bathrooms using machines Vacuum floors & upholstery Clean carpets with machines Deliver martials to various locations on campus Keeping cleaning equipment operational by following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines; completing operator repairs and parts replacement. Maintaining safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Maintaining continuity between shifts by documenting cleaning actions; noting areas requiring additional care or monitoring Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
