I'm looking for a GC who has experience building production homes in the Charlotte metro and would like to make $260k-$400k/year building the same 2 houses throughout Charlotte. You're a good fit if: -You have experience building starter homes in Charlotte -You want consistent and repeatable work from one person -You don't want to take on financial risk -Your network of subs are competitive on price and care about their work Must be a licensed North Carolina General Contractor with insurance, references and a network of subs who can bid on affordable housing jobs. Pay is fixed fee per home completed with milestones. Owner will pay for subs and material. All you do is manage the job and subs from clearing to CO All jobs are within 60 minutes of Charlotte.
