SEG Systems is a custom aluminum fixture manufacturer. Our wood division is producing fixtures from CNC routed goods that need laminate applied and then assembled. We are looking for the right individual that has an eye for detail while still keeping up with production speed. Looking for experienced commercial builder with laminating experience. Competent wood worker/bench carpenter, experienced in all functions of mill and assembly Track record as a team player in creation of high end cabinetry and finishes. Samples / Portfolio of work beneficial. Proficient with all shop equipment and practices: band saw, table saw, router, chop saw, 2-head wide-belt sander, power tools, hand tools Strong knowledge of Plastic Laminate properties/finishing techniques Strong knowledge of hardwood properties/finishing techniques Proficient in calculations and measurements Ability to multitask, work under pressure completing jobs with scheduled deadlines while maintaining great attention to detail Works well with peers to achieve team goals Excellent problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail Must be good listener and communicator Flexibility to work overtime to achieve/maintain schedule Minimum 3 years cabinet building experience Requirements: * Lamination experience required *Experience in a production or construction environment. *Experience in assembly, cabinetry, carpentry, or woodwork. *Able to use woodworking and shop tools: (Saws, Router, Drills, etc.). *Able to read tape measure. *Strict attention to detail. *Able to lift 50lbs Job Type: Full-time
