Come join our gym family! Here at Atlantic MMA, we offer Women's Only classes on Wednesday evenings. We have Women's Muay Thai Kickboxing at 6pm followed by Women's Jiu Jitsu at 7pm. Ages 12+. The first class is free, so come try it out! What do you have to lose? We know how hard it can be for women to create time for themselves when we work all day and have families to take care of. Take one day a week to better your life, learn how to defend yourself, get a good workout in, and create lifelong friends! Come check us out every Wednesday at 6 and 7pm at Atlantic MMA.
