Muchas Gracias, Administración ------------------- Position: Housekeeper Needed at 12-unit motel (Spanish speaking preferable but not required) Employment: Part-time; Must be available 6 days a week depending on occupancy of guestrooms Location: Budget Inn Motel @ 964 West Capitol Ave, West Sacramento, CA Pay: $14 per hour; weekly payroll Job Summary: To maintain a clean and appealing guest room and public areas of motel Essential Functions Include But Not Limited To The Following: • Change bed linen & sweep and mop guestroom floors • Wash/dry/fold hotel laundry using commercial machine • Dust/wipe down all furniture (picture frames, bed frames, lamps, TVs, dressers) • Remove fingerprints and smudges (ex. mirrors, shiny surfaces, windows, etc) • Dust & clean microwave and refrigerator thoroughly • Thoroughly clean the bathroom area - wash shower stall, sink, floor, toilet, etc • Sweep parking lot when necessary and keep property clean • Throw out motel garbage • Immediately report all damage found in a room • Immediately report all missing items in room • Immediately turn in all "lost and found" items to front desk staff • Take responsibility for property room keys and make sure they are turned in daily • Shut off all lights, TVs and air conditioners when leaving room • Immediately report any maintenance issues to Manager • Have customer service skills when interacting with motel guests Housekeeping experience is a MUST.
