They are un aware of reality or their delusions. They live in a false perception of reality. All people obsessed with politics are compensating for shortcomings in their lives. For the vast majority of people, politics represents a very small fraction of their attention. The vast majority of people do not tune in to political discussions on a regular basis. most people are more interested in what is for lunch or their favorite TV show than. they are in politics.
