OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Customer satisfaction • Job site supervision • Carpentry labor • Completing the jobs within the budgets • Reporting defects in other subcontractors workmanship, supplies • Material orders and returns • Proper invoicing; approving material and trades invoices • Company Advertising • Maintaining your employee records, time sheets (for you and your crew) • Work with office personnel to schedule inspections • Awareness of draw schedule and assistance with collections • Being a Leader requires motivating your help (including subcontractors) to perform work at professional level efficiently. INTRODUCTION You are our “eye” at the construction jobsite. Your good performance is extremely important to the success of our company because you are our representatives to both the client and the community at large. We get most of our work because of our reputation and you are a very important part of that reputation. Both the quality of your work and the appearance of the job site reflect strongly on our company and you. Our company production philosophy is “On Time, On Budget, Happy Customer”. 1099 Contractor willing to hire right person. WORK SCHEDULE In order to keep our team organized we have to work a system. The production manager will make every attempt to keep office hours from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM. This gives you an opportunity to reach him at 7:30 AM. Some team members prefer calling outside of business hours, please check with them. The office is open 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday thru Friday.
