We have perfect opportunity for an experienced and an A+ team leader/member Lawn Care Foreman to join our growing Lawn Care and Landscaping Company. The Forman’s role will include coordinating our crews of lawn care in groundskeeping activities. Foreman’s will, oversee equipment operation and ensure that the property under their charge is well-maintained. As the Foreman, you will also be responsible for training the crew of lawn care laborers in their tasks. Laborers are expected to participate in teamwork to ensure high standards of services. For our Lawn Care Foreman and laborers to be successful, you will need to be dedicated, delegate tasks, follow them, encourage them, and have excellent communication skills. Lawn Care Foreman Responsibilities: • Communicate with customers in a professional manner. • Manage and train crew members. • Working with crew members and holding them accountable for being on time for their shift and ready to work. • Oversee day-to-day job site operations. • Manage the crew members, making sure all time is recorded correctly, making sure all receipts are turned into accounting. Lawn Care Foreman Requirements: • Manage 2-4 crewmembers efficiently, keeping everyone on task and focused. • Hold teammates accountable for timeliness, professionalism, and attention to detail. • Ability to communicate with customers professionally and regularly to answer questions and solve problems. • 3 or more years of similar experience. • Perform the most physical task on the job site for at least one hour per day including heavy lifting. • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to obtain DOT Medical Card. • Willingness to work long hours to get the job done on time. • Self-starter. • Exceptional leadership skills. Lawn Care Worker: Responsibilities: • Use mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools to trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain nearby plants and foliage • Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team • Operate leaf blowers and gather grass and hedge trimmings for removal Lawn Care Worker Requirements: • A valid driver's license or ID • Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods • Familiarity with common lawn care equipment • Prior experience or work in lawn maintenance (at least 2 year required) • Reliable and self-motivated All Applicants must have their own transportation.
