Mobile home park owner looking for someone to manage his park. Your role as a park manager will include but are not limited to: showing available homes, monthly rent collections, qualifying prospects, sending required documentation to the corporate office for application approval, closing the sale, completing appropriate paperwork, coordinating the tenant move in, distributing rent statements, distributing 5 Day Pay or Quit notices, supervising day laborers in keeping the park clean, coordinating the arrival and set up of new mobile homes in the park, distributing rule violation notices as needed coordinating vendors and workers in preparation for the arrival of new homes.
