Consider this position at Billings Nursery & Landscaping for an experienced landscape foreman (we have landscape installer positions starting at $16+++ DOE available too if you don't have the experience needed but want to get your feet wet in this industry). Here you will be required to provide oversight and while working alongside other's in installing custom landscapes. Ideal candidate will have: * 5 + years in the landscape industry, having a clear understanding of residential landscaping, hardscaping, wet/dry-masonry and irrigation and ability to read plans and set grades. * Understanding of landscape maintenance specifically pruning (no mowing). * Proficient with equipment, skid-steer, mini-ex, compact-loaders (Dingo), truck/trailer, sod cutter, etc. * Management or supervisory experience. * Career-minded, seeking long term employment. * The ability to work with minimal supervision while still completing tasks on time & within budget. * Good communication skills * Ability to learn, accept responsibility and grow. This is a full time position that will require working long days possibly 12+ hrs on occasion but generally 8-10hrs M-F with occasional Saturdays if weather dictates. Must be, dependable, reliable, have a valid clean driving record, drug free, willing to work outside in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, wind, cold etc.), standing on your feet all day, able to lift a minimum of 100lbs, contribute to a team atmosphere. Can be seasonal March-Dec or year round for the right person. Winter requires basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance or freedom to enjoy time off.
