Band Wagon: Band Wagon evolved in 1989 between Little Greg Fontana's later freshman and early sophomore year in high school when Greg was listening to a lot of Lynyrd Skynyrd and early AC/DC, plus starting to evolve into his own unique guitar style. This first original song sounded like the typical classic southern rock sound of the 1970s. However the words did slightly change through the decades along with the way it was strummed acoustically. But it was always known that the song could lean towards a more heavier hard rock type feel instead of a lighter southern rock texture which Greg was listening to when the song began to grow.. I live on the west end of PCB and I have a small practice space that we can use, I play guitar and sing, I write songs and i play covers and originals. Ive loved bluegrass music for quite awhile now, and ive gotten good at playing it now after a few years playing it, Im looking especially for some mandolin, banjo, fiddle, or bass players, other guitar players are welcome too, im looking to start this in order to go and regularly play shows, ive always played as a solo act but im looking to change things up and play as a band, im very motivated so if you are interested.
