Need Forklift Operator to Unload CNC Into Garage

I've got a CNC showing up to my house in a few weeks and need help getting it off the truck and into my garage. It's a 3,300 lb machine (probably 4,000 lb or more in a crate). It is a straight shot into the garage, but the driveway has a 10-degree slope for around 15 feet. I need to find someone who is insured and experienced in operating a forklift to help me move it in. If you have your own forklift to bring, all the better, however, I can also rent one. I've been advised by someone who unloaded this same machine that we'll want one rated to 7,500 lbs with fork extensions. I'll offer $800 for the job, $1200 if you can bring your own forklift. I'm open to offers as well. This is an expensive machine, so please only respond if you have considerable experience moving similarly heavy things and are insured. Thanks!
