Rivers Edge Environmental Services is looking to hire a Working Foreman to join our team! We are a construction and excavation company with our operations yard in Covington. We have been in the excavation and construction industry in the greater Seattle area for over 25 years. We are looking to hire Working Foreman wanting to make a career with our company. An ideal candidate would have: - Experience as a foreman, superintendent or field lead in the construction or trade industry. - The ability to problem solve and work on a team. - A professional attitude and demeanor. - A driving record that reflects a safety-first attitude. - A focus on quality of work and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities would include: - Managing one or two job sites at a time - Managing one crew of operators, laborers and drivers - Creating and maintaining an efficient schedule - Reporting to the General Manager and Operations Manager - Complete and correct jobsite paperwork and implementation of safety plan onsite We prefer: - 5-7 years of construction experience - 3-5 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment - 1-3 years of construction site management experience - 40 hour HAZWOPER certified (a plus) - A team player who can lead with a positive attitude As an employee at Rivers Edge, we offer: - Competitive compensation, depending on experience. - 80 hrs vacation time accrued per year after 90 days employment. - 8 paid holidays. - Competitive 401k plan after 90 days of employment. - Platinum Regence medical and dental insurance, paid for employee 100%. - Year round employment. - Frequent prevailing wage opportunities. - A fully outfitted work truck will be provided to the right candidate.
