In the crawl space under the house i recently learned that the fan that was installed to boost the air had broken off and was hanging which explained my high heating bills lately. I need someone who can come repair this section of the vent. The fan can be trashed as it never helped much so a new small section would be needed to purchase for repair. Additionally my kitchen sink is stopped up. I snaked it about 15 feet and nothing. The pipes which are PVC run in the same crawl space as the vent issue described above. Please reply with a quote for both jobs and the earliest you can start along with your estimated time it would take to complete the job. A plus is to list your credentials as well. If needed i will buy the needed material, however you need to let me know what and where, otherwise include the cost of the materials in the quote.
