Work includes fencing, light carpentry, fencing, painting, general outdoor physical work, property maintenance & restoration, yard work and brush clearing. If you have knowledge in more than just one of the above listed skills that would be preferred. Pay is between $15 and $20 per hr depending on skill set. Will start at $15 until skill set is shown. Must be reliable/dependable Looking for long term person Must have reliable transportation Schedule – 20 to 35 hours per week ( 2 or 3 or 4 days per week) Ability to understand basic English needed Covid vaccination a plus. Must be an excellent, direct, & prompt communicator, honest, reliable, & hard working individual, have own vehicle and a phone to text/call. Immigration status not important. Rent of a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house in South Ukiah is available to qualified worker, after work ability has been proven. The house offer is only available for a selected worker. The house is located in Ukiah off of South State Street. It is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath house (750 Square feet of space) has tile flooring, fenced in large yard with wood deck in front, skylights, gas range cook stove, wood cabinets & built in wood tabletop counter, and a wood stove. Newly painted interior. Bathroom is small with a shower (no bathtub). Washer/dryer hookups (machines not included) are in the second bedroom. Tenant responsible for utilities (PGE, Internet), propane (for gas range and wall heater) and garbage service. Families or a couple welcome. Deposit is $1,600. Rent is $1450.
