Henry Investment Group is seeking a General Maintenance Helper to assist with minor repairs on buildings and equipment. Henry Investment group has a diversified book of operating businesses. From restaurants to medical facilities to a corporate office. Responsibilities: * Perform general repairs of buildings * Perform Multi-site maintenance functions * Complete service requests in a prompt and efficient manner * Follow up with service requests * Report any major maintenance concerns to manager * Report all property and liability incidents * Provide list of supplies needed to complete each service request Qualifications: * High School diploma or equivalent * 1 year experience of general facility maintenance * Clean and current Texas driver’s license * Well organized, pro-active, and able to prioritize tasks * Possess and display attention to detail * Flexibility, excellent judgement, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently * Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach overhead and kneel on a consistent basis * Must be able to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted Henry Investment Group is an equal employment opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, gender, age, color, religion, national origin, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, protected military/veteran status or any other protected factor.
