We are a small yet established residential lawn care and sprinkler repair company servicing North Metro. We are going into our 4th year and positioned to grow and expand. In order to reach our goals we need to have the right team members and the right leaders. Our goal over the next couple of years is to expand the sprinkler and landscaping divisions significantly. As well as add on more commercial property maintenance accounts. As we grow the benefits for our employees will grow as well. Currently we offer W2 year round work, competitive pay, year end bonuses & company party, work vehicle, and 3 day weekends. Plus more to come. The ideal candidate is a high functioning person that can handle the complexities of running all levels of a lawn care and landscaping business from the sales process to scheduling/billing and also performing the work. You will also be tasked with performing skilled labor at a high level as well as the additional duties of the business like recruiting, interviewing, training and account management. We are offering PAID apprenticeships for qualified candidates that can fill this role. Learn how to run a lawn care and landscaping business from the top down. Eventually oversee multiple crews and be compensated based on the performance and revenue brought in by your crews.
