Need foster home for my dog

I have a 45 lb black female half lab and shepherd dog that needs a home for 5 months. This is my sons dog and he is going into rehab and I have a terminal sickness and cannot care for her. She is fully vaccinated and very friendly. I am willing to pay for her care till he gets out to claim her. I can pick her up on week ends and take her off your hands so she does not forget her family.
