Cottage Gardens hiring Merchandisers for multiple Home Depot stores in Indianapolis, Eagle Creek IN This is a seasonal, part time position from early March through December. FLEXIBLE HOURS. Some weekend days and holidays required. MORE HOURS AVAILABLE BY WORKING MULTIPLE STORES. PAID TRAVEL TIME. • Merchandising tree & shrub orders shipped from Cottage Gardens to multiple Home Depot garden centers in the Indianapolis area. Jobs available at single or multiple locations. • Plant Care and Watering • Stock tables and maintain displays with merchandise while keeping garden center in order. • Must be able to lift 40 lbs. and willing to work in all types of weather: hot, cold, rain or shine. • Support our team as asked and needed • Daily communication with your Cottage Gardens Supervisor and Home Depot management. Basic Qualifications • Knowledge of plants and gardening helpful but not required. • Possess a great level of professionalism and strong communication skills, a great attitude. • Experience merchandising a plus but not required. • Ability to complete multiple tasks while maintaining order. • Initiative to work at challenging personal pace without constant direct oversight.
