Must be self-motivated and a team player. Responsibilities include but are not limited to general maintenance, unit turnovers, janitorial duties. Must have transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Experience preferred. Background and drug screening required. Job Type: Full-time, $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience.
