First Shift Production/Warehouse Associate

Cashton Farm Supply, a successful and diversified Organic Feed Manufacturing Company, has an immediate, first shift, long-term, full-time opening in our production/warehouse facility. Responsibilities include: mix, bag, label, and palletize products, maintain a clean work environment, and monitor quality. Use forklift to load and unload trucks. General equipment maintenance. Troubleshoot problems with equipment or products. Count inventory and maintain records. Qualifications include: Must be able to read and write English as well as understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Must be able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds repetitively. Basic math skills. Ability to work accurately and efficiently. Desired qualifications: One year of similar stable work experience (Assembly, Manufacturing, and/or Warehouse). Proven work history demonstrating excellent attendance and reliability. Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic maintenance.
