Want to work with a fun and fast-growing real-estate startup? Loftium is a Seattle-based start-up that delivers premium rental experiences at affordable rates, leveraging home-sharing to provide discounted rent to tenants. Our mission is to provide affordable, workforce housing in America’s least affordable cities. We’re looking for Field Reps to to assist our Property Operations. Please read full post to be considered! You’ll be responsible for a variety of field work as our eyes and ears in the market that you represent - inspecting and assessing home conditions, hosting tours, and meeting prospective homeowners for Loftium in Portland. This is a independant contractor role so it's perfect for anyone who values flexibility in their schedule - you will get to set your own hours! Depending on a variety of factors and your availability, Field Reps should expect to do 10-15 hours per month during the slow winter season and 10-15+ per week during peak summer season! We’re for looking for on-the-ground personable Field Operations Representatives to: 1. Do Home Verifications and help assess whether they will fit the Loftium model 2. Be a Loftium brand representative and build early rapport and trust with a landlord 3. Provide listing photos and tour videos (using your cell phone) to share with our Property Leads 4. Prepare homes that we acquire for renters by performing inspections to document move-in & move out conditions and make recommendations for repairs 5. Other various tasks such as hosting open-houses & tours, checking in on properties, misc. basic maintenance (e.g. replacing smoke detector batteries), keypad/lockbox installations Requirements: -High attention to detail and quality - you have an eye for the little details and looks for things that are helpful to the Loftium team -Tech-savvy - Can manuever through different apps that we use with ease and minimal instruction! -Highly responsive and reliable - Answers Emails and Slack ASAP! -Has "common sense" and the ability to think on their feet and problem solve -Strong verbal and people skills - Customer Service mentality -Professional but yet relatable - Personable! -Flexible schedule - has a good general availability weekdays AND weekends! -Preferred: Sincere interest in Real Estate & Short Term Rentals - either working knowledge or enjoys watching real estate and home improvement shows.. also stays in STR's - so "gets it" for what makes a good STR space! More About You: -Valid Drivers License and Reliable access to a vehicle -You are highly accountable and reliable -You like being in the field - a desk job isn’t for you! -Quick with your phone and Google Calendar proficient -Bonus: If you are a photographer, you may also have the opportunity to take photos of Airbnb units for pay with us!
