The technician is responsible for greeting customers with kindness and eagerness to help, listen to customers report of the issues, diagnose the appliance with efficiency and accuracy, communicate in detail the diagnosis and order any parts needed. The appointment management and parts management systems will need to be updated by the technician. The technician will be responsible for processing payment. Job duties: Diagnose and repair all major kitchen appliances and washers/dryers Communicate with customers in detail about the repair diagnosis, procedure for fixing, and accurate cost Drive safely to job sites at customer’s homes Use power tools and hand tools safely Report diagnosis digitally, update parts, order parts Clean up work space when completed Call customers prior to arrival Communicate with customers with care and friendliness Work Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (not always firm times) Self managed Job requirements: 1 - 2 years of recent appliance repair experience (preferred) No experience? Lets talk Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Have necessary tools CFC/EPA Certification for refrigeration is preferred Safely lift 50+lbs Physically able to repetitively move up and down Reliable transportation Be flexible with work day hours Drug free Job Type: Full-time On track earnings $70,000/year
