All Seasons Urethane Foam is a large, well established spray foam insulation company located in Marshfield, VT. In business for 21 years, we are one of the oldest spray foam companies in VT. We serve all of VT and NH primarily in the residential market. We are seeking 2 motivated individuals to work with us.
Full time position with frequent overtime in the fall/winter season.
We are looking for an experienced sprayer.
Responsibilities for the sprayer include daily loading of materials for job, pulling the spray trailer to the jobsite,masking/prepping jobs for foam application, cutting/scraping excess foam to prep for finishes to be installed, can foaming and caulking for air sealing, jobsite cleanup at end of jobs, and occasional maintenance of spray foam equipment. And of course, spraying foam.
Mechanical ability and knowledge of construction details a definite plus, but will train the right individual.
Applicants should be physically fit and able to work in tight confined areas such as crawlspaces and attics. Must be hard working and self motivated. 2 man crews do not allow for any slacking. Work pace is fast, and efficiency is a must.
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to our shop daily.
