We are looking for someone with masonry experience who can lay block and brick and feels comfortable on ladders and roofs. Who also has a valid drivers license in their possession with a clean driving record, (We do not have any jobs that do not require a valid drivers license and clean driving record, please save yourself the embarrassment of being told there's nothing without a drivers license! Reliable transportation to get to and from work (We are not a taxi service or Uber, neither I or your coworkers will even consider picking you up or dropping you off, so don't bother asking). First you will start off at two or three days per week and will build up to full time as you gain experience, this is not a full-time position! You must be available when you are needed and be reliable!Who is a hard worker and feels comfortable working on roofs and ladders. Must have a good work ethic, a clean appearance and BE HONEST!!!, Must have respect for our equipment and property as well as the customers home roof and yard!. Must be available 3 to 4 full days a week with at least one day notice. Availability on Saturdays is a plus! Work full and half days depending on the job. This can lead to a full-time situation. Must be willing and able to learn! Must have a cash app or Venmo to be paid daily (you will not be paid any other way, if you don't have cash app orVenmo and will not get it or cannot, no deal! We do not carry cash and we are not going to run to an ATM to pay someone! There are never any cash advances! For no reason ever, don't ask directly or try indirectly, it won't work and it will definitely give me an unfavorable view of you! We all need help but I'm not a mutual aid Society! Sorry to be so blunt but it's just never is a good way to do business. Pay starts at at $20 an hour (We are willing to consider more after you have shown us you are reliable, hard-working, and willing to do a good job, this will not happen in the first day week or weeks!) and full-time positions are paid by commission structure.
