The Facilities Support will assist in maintaining efficiency of operations and equipment of facilities in the Quad Cities. This is a part-time (20-25 hours) position.
Principal Responsibilities:
Works with Facility Manager on maintenance issues and requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly
Maintains facility production equipment; serves as point of contact for facility production equipment issues.
Assists with security camera monitoring
Company courier for deliveries and pick-ups throughout the Quad Cities area.
Prepares and maintains organization of conference rooms for in person meetings at the meeting organizers direction.
Maintains physical workspace, ensuring a safe, clean and functional environment.
Assists with retrieval and filing of archived documents in warehouse.
Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
Liaison with outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems.
Ensures safety standards and policies are followed throughout facility
Coordinates sealing and signing of documents for management staff.
Responsible for end of day closing of office.
Maintains inventory of supplies.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn the equipment and facilities to be maintained.
Ability to maintain manage facility records and warranties.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to understand written directions in manuals and on manufacturer websites.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as required to complete and maintain records.
Education and Experience:
At least 5 years of specialized related work experience
Advanced technical training preferred.
Experience managing the company’s type of facilities, equipment, and events preferred.
At least two years of related experience required.
