No prior showing or real estate knowledge necessary. The most important requirement is reliability. Should have reliable transportation to post signs and show homes in Columbia/Jeff City & surrounding areas. $1500 per home purchased by buyers. Bonuses given for homes #2 and up in same month. Must place 25 signs per week and will be given $100/wk to compensate for gas. This will be a great long term fit for the right candidate.
