Manage employees, order supplies, Attend Weekly staff meetings with Area or Regional Manager Assist with supervisor/lead meetings as needed Safety programs: Development, implementation and coordination Conduct daily inspection program Complaint/Request call in log Periodic Scheduling Specification Compliance Follow-up on Customers requests Utilization and control of manpower and materials Control all Day and Night hours Anticipation of Customer Needs Specification compliance and communication Periodic compliance Periodic review of employee's cleaning techniques Review of equipment usage Training/Re-training of new procedures
