LIGHTSPEED UTILITY LLC TELECOMMUNICATION SPRING BURY CLEANUP (SPRING PRICING INCENTIVE AND BONUS OPPORTUNITIES) $2000 - $3000+ WEEKLY PAY PLUS BONUS DIRECT DEPOSIT $1000 SPRING BONUS Lightspeed Utility LLC is currently looking for experienced trench and/or bore crews to tackle the Spring Bury load that has accumulated through this harsh winter in the Detroit Metro Market. Our Spring initiative will come with a Spring premium on standard drop rates as well as a bonus premium for exceeding the minimum expectation each week as well as a retaining bonus for working through the entire season. Spring Bury Bonus Incentive (Completions) For the Spring Season, a compensation plan will be derived around completion rate, with the minimum expectation of 25 per week as the base level for compensation. Contractors who exceed the completion rate to 30 and beyond will earn an extra $10 per completion. Please see the chart below On top of our Spring Premium, Contractors who stay throughout the entire Spring Season, meeting the job requirement, quality expectation, and employment tenure, will earn a bonus of $1000! Please see the bonus requirements below Completions within 90 days of Employment >=300 Minimum Tenure 90 days Quality Rate <= 98% Responsibilities: • Running, replacing, and/or burying drop wire from local facilities to the customer's home • Burying to a minimum depth of six inches on all applicable work • Following property lines and easements while burying • Safely identify utility locates that have been placed by the local utility companies (Locates will be placed by the Head Office for you prior to dispatch) • Photo and video document all work for quality control • Consistently perform five days a week with optional weekend availability • Address all quality violations within 24 hours • Respond with urgency to escalations and emergencies • Travel within reasonable distance to various work sites (New work is issued daily by vendors) • Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather • Perform a minimum of 5 jobs per day and 25 jobs per week • Stable work truck that is registered and insured • All hand tools to perform work (List can be provided of required tools) • Boring or Plow Unit if operating a machine (Directional Drill, Vibratory Plow, or Trencher) • Valid driver’s license * You may contact the Head Office at 321-420-0070 option 4 or 248-962-6282 to inquire on the position.
