I am needing help part time 2-4 times a week cleaning residential homes. Candidate must have experience in general cleaning, able to take direction with out any arguments, and willing to try different method if needed. You must enjoy helping others as well as like cleaning or working for this position. I am looking for someone long term so I will be doing a phone interview. So we are on the same page as far as what kind of work will be done and what expectations we have for each other. I am looking for someone who has vehicle or Can meet as train station. I am not interested in picking up and dropping off at home because I do a lot of driving at this point. Most of my jobs are a 30 mile radius of 75240 some may be farther you are welcome to meet me in public place and ride with me to save money on gas or drive yourself. I would like candidate to work with a team mentality that we both are there to accomplish the same thing and help each when needed. I am looking for someone who is motivated, positive and not to good to clean. I have been doing this for years and I am willing to scrub toilets I am no better then anyone I am humble I just need someone who is going to help and not create more work for me because they don’t want to clean. I pay more then most cleaning companies so I expect candidate to do what is expected and not create a situation or argument at my clients homes because I have had this had this happen that’s why I am now doing a different process. I need help usually Tuesday thru Saturday 10 am -6 pm. If you have vision problems I apologize but this is not a position for you the main objective in most of these homes is removing animal hair that is on reason we are hired and if you are unable to do the job it makes things difficult for the both of us. I don’t like micro managing so please contact me if you have done residential cleaning recently if not I am willing to update you with the methods I use if you are willing to try. Hiring a cleaning service is a luxury for a customer so they want everything done a certain way and we can not take a cigarette break at a customers home a hour after starting. I prefer a non smoker but if you smoke please be able to go 3 hours with out cigarette. Cleaning is not as easy as you think it is labor if you are not use to it. Please serious inquiries only. Same day pay is possible. I need someone who will help, has concept of cleaning and most importantly will show up when needed. This is not just a one day gig if you say you are coming I can’t have last minute notice that you can’t come because I have my own clients at this point I am taking on more work to build my business and create a good paying position. The work is here I had to put new clients on pause until I find a good fit.
