COMMERCIAL CLEANING / JANITORIAL TECHNICIAN START CLEANING IMMEDIATELY SUNDAY-THURSDAY Commercial Cleaning / Janitorial Specialist needed for a demanding position. We are a small business looking for a dedicated and reliable individual. Physical Functions: -Day to day cleaning of building as outlined in the janitorial specifications -Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods of time -Job requires bending, reaching up, and lifting up to 50 pounds -Will be required to work with cleaning chemicals and must always wear all safety equipment -Follow all job procedures and safety rules as required -Responsible for maintaining and notifying Supervisor of specific needs and/or supplies within work area -Perform other related duties as required and assigned Requirements: APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK and Drug test.
