SUMMARY: Edge Landscaping is seeking an experienced Enhancement Manager to join our expanding team. The Enhancement Manager is responsible for handling all aspects of approved landscape projects from start to finish. This person must proactively manage labor, company resources and utilize our advanced scheduling system to ensure the delivery of quality projects to the budget. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: -Act as primary contact to the Account Management team for enhancement project operations -Schedule projects, source materials and manage execution to budget -Manage enhancement crew(s) -Update status of project in scheduling system and mark complete for review and billing -As needed, meet with customers and Account Managers onsite to provide estimate or job planning; staging activities -Responsible for quality control and customer satisfaction of enhancement projects completed -Must be available all mornings, Monday- Friday at 630am to assist with shop responsibilities for maintenance division JOB QUALIFICATIONS: -At least 2 years experience supervising all types of landscape installation and improvement projects, including plantings, bed materials, irrigation, drainage, hardscapes, grading, lighting, etc. -Experience in managing landscape crews and understanding maintenance services -This position requires excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and time management skills -Valid state driver's license and good driving record -Experience in recommending, pricing, and selling enhancements to improve the quality of the landscape COMPENSATION and BENEFITS: -Competitive Salary based on experience -Company truck/phone and computer -Full Medical Insurance -Dental, Vision, Basic Life and Short Term Disability Insurance 100% paid by employer if Medical Coverage is elected -6 Paid Holidays and Vacation Time/Sick Time (PTO Program) -Year end Bonus Program -401K with 100% match once vested -Weekly Payroll Please email resume for consideration or stop in at our shop to fill out an application. 2005 Blue Clay Rd Wilmington 28405
