It is more than Corporatism. It is more than merger of government and corporations. Fascists also wore uniforms and used violence against their opponents in the elections. a good fascist president (and a leader is president before he becomes dictator) has a secret police.
Trump had a great opportunity handed to him in 2016. he blew it. He should have spent 4 years planning for the suspension of the 2020 election. He should have established a secret and private police force, and created uniforms for all his supporters to wear. Instead, he spent his time tweeting and whining. I don't know if the Democrats cheated or not, but they won.
Can Trump come back? Possibly but I personally doubt it. Can another Republican succeed? I don't know any. Who would it be? Ron deSantis? He is an idiot. He also lacks any Anglo-Saxon. I wouldn't vote for him. I'd prefer a half Anglo-Saxon n**** whose father was from Kenya.
America will probably linger for another 16-20 years as we alternate between Dems and Rhino's. Russia and China will expand, and come to dominate the world. We will start to go the way of England. Once Great, now weak. Eventually a true leader will emerge, but he will have to start in the military and rise up...like Napoleon.
