Looking to build a crew for remodel repair and maintenance jobs

I have a small company with some remodeling projects already in the works, that I need guys to help with. I also get offered jobs all the time that I don't follow through on because I'm already spread too thin. This can include: painting, drywall, flooring, tile, demo, clean outs, electrical, plumbing, roofing, siding, gutters, carpentry, soffits, decks, garages, stairs, porches, so many random jobs and I for see more will come my way in the days and weeks to come. It's crazy how I'm always getting offered work and even crazier how recently it has been so challenging to get reliable people who can work consistently. Ideally I'm looking to establish working relationships with carpenters, plumbers, electricians, roofers, hvac. concrete, brick, masonry, LABOR, etc. that I can work together with on my own projects as well as jobs for clients that come my way. If you are new, thats ok too. If you are motivated to learn and down to work, lets talk. The plan is to team up with some guys who want to grow their business. Eventually do marketing & offer financing and build a workflow with consistent jobs. I believe volatile times are ahead and it can either spell great opportunity or great challenges. This is an effort to get really efficient and to prepare for these times to come out on the prosperous side.
