Join our award-winning team today! We are currently looking to add a Janitorial Lead to our Team! This is a Full-Time position, Monday – Friday 3:30PMto 12:00AM. The role of the Lead Janitor is to maintain company standards and cleanliness of facilities and grounds. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Directs and trains janitorial employees on custodial, maintenance and safety procedures. -Act as primary onsite point-of-contact for the cleaning team for any questions, concerns, or disputes they may have. -Provides hands on assistance to janitorial staff. -Inspects buildings before and after clean-up to ensure a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. -Ensures removal and proper disposal of trash, debris, and other objects. -Assists with the cleaning and preparation. -Evaluate, coordinate, and assign cleaning tasks to team members based on need and skill level. -Responsible for securing and alarming facilities at shift completion. -May be asked to assist with outside maintenance such as raking, power washing of the buildings, or other miscellaneous tasks. -Schedule and items on the checklist are subject to be revised at any time by management. -Sweeps and mops floors using hand or power equipment; cleans and waxes furniture; empties trash containers; strips and refinishes floors; washes walls and mirrors; washes windows; dusts; cleans drinking fountains, counters, and lights; cleans and sanitizes restrooms and replenishes supplies; inspects areas for cleanliness; repairs and adjusts toilets, urinals and drinking fountains by replacing flush valves, water flow regulators, seats, etc. as needed. Standard shift schedule for this position will be 3:30PM – 12:00AM. This may change or vary. Weekends will be as needed and will vary. Skills and Requirements: Previous experience in janitorial services. Ability to work an evening schedule. Ability to work in a team environment. Maintain regular supplies needed. Ability to operate carpet cleaning machines, vacuums, and floor buffing machines. APPLY HERE:
