Crew Member Position Opportunity/Opening/job Local Hardscape company looking for an experienced, motivated, and diligent crew member to join our team. 40 hrs a week, 1099 Position, & pay DOE. Skills and Qualifications * At least 18 years old. * Common sense. * Drivers license & clean driving record and/or dependable transportation. * Able to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods and lift at least 80 pounds. * Ability to work outside year around and be exposed to outdoor weather conditions. * Must feel comfortable around heavy equipment and materials, obstacles and high volume activity. * Knowledge of how to operate basic hand tools ( shovel & rake) and other landscape equipment properly and safely. * Previous experience in landscaping, hardscaping, construction including but not limited to patios- both natural stone and paver products, retaining walls- both natural stone and concrete products, veneer masonry, welding, basic knowledge of construction * CDL or heavy equipment operating experience is a plus. * Follow CDC COVID 19 policies and procedures to ensure safety of crew. Duties and Responsibilities * Be dependable, efficient, and effective. * Show up on time and ready to work. * Follow directions and complete necessary tasks in timely manner. * Take on-the-job-training, instructions, and constructive criticism to maintain company’s standard of quality and develop your own skills and knowledge base.
