Busy Company Seeking Two-Person Contractor Team for Multiple, Steady Jobs – Long Term We are a general contracting company, based in Kent WA, with renovation and repair projects all around the Puget Sound area. We renovate homes after the homeowners have moved out, to prepare them for sale. No clients are on site; these are vacant homes we work on. Work ranges from small cosmetic / repair jobs with just paint, carpet, and a few light updates and cleaning, to large-scale renovations of homes with complete overhauls. Our company has renovated over 280 homes and we consistently have 7 – 15 renos at any given time. **WE ARE SEEKING** a two person contractor team who is skilled in many different facets of home renovation, and who is looking for steady, reliable business that you always get paid for. This job is ideal for someone who: - Is a licensed, bonded, and insured - Is good at working independently - Wants to work for a client with organized schedules and systems for completion of work - Wants to work for a locally owned and operated company, founded right here in Seattle - Who does not have a large crew of employees to pay or high overhead to charge clients - Can provide invoices for separate projects / job sites This is not an employee position; we are not looking to hire someone full time but to contract your services as a licensed handyman / contractor. We have work immediately and are hoping to begin contracting your services by late February to early March 2022. We do not work on foreclosed homes, house flipping, banks / repos, or auction homes. We have an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau and a solid reputation of quality work.
