Rehoming- sweet, energetic Labsky

It is with a sad and heavy heart that we have made the difficult decision to rehome our beloved labsky Nikita "Nikki". She was born August 3rd, 21 so she is just over 6 months old. So far she has a phenomenal understanding for tricks, is extremely intelligent, and is highly treat motivated. She doesn't really have any bad habits soo far she is just really REALLY excited all the time lol. She is fully potty and crate trained. She's never been around cats but she probably wouldn't be the best with them or small animals due to her size and excitement level. She is about 35lbs now and seems to be done growing. She loves all people and all dogs but is too big for the smaller ones at this point. Her favorite game is Frisbee and she is good enough to catch it about 1/2 the time. We try to walk her but she doesn't always enjoy walking, she is more into running and playing. She would do really well with a very active family/couple/person. We are selling all that she will need to go with her. A kennel with a bed to go inside, her current food, her favorite toys and treat balls (kong, bow wow labs), a few treats, and her harness/collar/leash. We have her rabies certificate and visual proof of all vet appts and vaccines. She has been to the vet once a month to check growth, get ALL her vaccines, and to make sure there were no issues to come up during puppy hood. She's always checked out with a perfect bill of health. She's been dewormed (even though she didn't show any signs) and has never shown any evidence of fleas. She won't need another vet visit for a year. Please know, we don't want to re home but have had some medical issues come up very recently that's not compatible with her activity level and desired lifestyle. As well as small/older dogs that don't get along with her and we won't be able to keep them separate anymore. If we had known before, we would've made different choices. In the interest of doing what's best for Nikita, we feel she would be happier in a higher energy household. Who can devote more time to her then we will now be able to do. We will be screening to make sure she is properly matched. She does have a rehoming fee to ensure she's going to a good home who can care for her as well as for the things we are selling with her.
