Contractor or Roofer Needed for Foam Cornice Installation

Lotus West Properties is looking to install a 10-12” foam cornice at 1624-1630 Montana Avenue (commercial building). The cornice would go up the front and east sides of the building at the very top exterior walls. Currently, there is sheet metal that is over the top of the wall and comes down about two inches in the front of the building on the stucco face. It then wraps around to the back of the building. The roof material is under the sheet metal. We will need to do an initial walkthrough to discuss options and a plan of action. All unlicensed contractors/roofers need not apply.
